I am having pain in the right flank area of my back it has been a dull ache for months lately it hurts even more when i take a deep breath or move differently i do urinate frequently thru the day and evening not painful though even hurts when i sneeze it

Many possibilities: See your family doctor so he or she can rule out serious problems from a kidney stone to an infection or perhaps a musculo-skeletal issue. It can even be from the lining of your lungs. Lastly it could even be something pressing on your urinary system.

Also could be your liver, so a thorough evaluation should be done since this is chronic.
