Cells in urine: Sounds like they saw signs of vaginal secretions in the urine sample but no infection. That's ok.

Dear doc, my PCR test for gonorhea & clamydia result is negative ( using urine sample ), however uretral penis swab test show positive PMN, does PCR test give false negative ? so what disease is this ? no discharge, no pain, no burning sensation?
