No.: There is no evidence that taking erectile dysfunction medications like viagra (sildenafil) and Cialis make you dependent on them to get natural erections. In fact, these medications are used in 'penile rehabilitation', where patients who lose their ability have erections after prostate surgery are given these medications on a scheduled basis to regain natural erectile function.
