Long List: If you are getting plenty of sleep at night you may be drinking too much coffee and burning yourself out. Same with cigarettes and alcohol. If you snore it may be sleep apnea, which requires sleep testing. Your thyroid may be low. There's a test for that. Also, you may be depressed & need help there. At 22 it's worth checking out with a doctor if it persists after taking the easier measures above.
