Fat or muscular?: If you're thin it's not good for your health to add fat. Maybe what you want is to develop your muscles. That's usually done with weight training or resistance exercise. Is there a fitness center or gym at your school? Find out if you can get a free tour to learn how to use the weight machines and at what level you should start. For acne you need to see your doctor or go to student health service.

See below: If you otherwise healthy, being skinny is not a disease. Let it be, you will gain weight as you age. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. For nutrition: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/.
