Not sure : I am not sure what you are expecting from the above. The diagnosis is listed - cervical degenerative disease. Vague area of marrow hypointensity is a very non-specific finding that i would not worry about provided there are no other findings on the MRI and they don't have a reproduction on the physical exam.

A"typical" read: A fairly typical standard radiology report that i will get from a radiologist on someone presenting with neck pain who is middle aged or older with marrow changes more than likely being non descript but in the presence of a cancer history or with pain that does not change with activity or affects sleep or associated with weight loss, appetite loss or feeling general malaise, needs to be worked up.
