Many possibilities: Fibromyalgia causes 4 quadrant body pain, and arthritis can also be widespread. Peripheral neuropathies may involve pain in all 4 limbs. Complex regional pain syndromes can generalize, but unlikely that is present in your case. Aching can be associated with some medication side effects, and chronic infections can induce myalgias and arthralgias. Even thyroid issues perhaps. Get this evaluated.
