Surgery: The treatment for a fractures hip is almost universally surgery. Even in the case of fractures that aren't displaced the recommendation is usually for surgical stabilization.

Surgery : Most hip fractures require surgery to stabilize the injury. Either internal fixation with plate/screws or rod device, or hip replacement. This depends on region of fracture & whether it is displaced or not. Very few exceptions.
