Would anyone recommend the alcat test?

I would not: It is considered by most researchers to be an unproven and inconsistent form of testing for allergy with little clinical reliability. As with any test there will be, by chance, apparent successes leading to testimonials and endorsements. A broken clock tells the time accurately twice a day.
