A member asked:

I have a twisting pain under my rib cage from time to time. it's very sharp and usually lasts for about a minute but today it lasted for about ten minutes. you can see movement under my skin where the pain is when this occurs. what's happening?

Doctor can evaluate: Can't tell the exact location of the problem from the question, but it sounds interesting. One can get a calendar and write the symptoms down when they occur, including how long it lasts, what one was doing just prior to the symptoms, what makes it better, etc... One can also use a sharpie pen to make some dots on the skin, outlining the area to show the doctor. A video of the movements will help.
