Depends on problem: Many people have postures that are not great. A person can start by looking in the mirror and figuring out what the areas needing improvement are. Then, lots of stretching and self-awareness will help. Activities such as yoga, dance, martial arts, etc... Can also help. Being self-aware of one's bodily position, throughout the day, helps one stay in an ergonomic position at work and at home.
