Lots of options: See your doctor or an allergy specialist. There as still options available to you, including other antihistamines, nasal steroids, mast cell stabilizers, and allergy testing and desensitization. These can all be discussed with your family doctor, internist or allergist.

Time to get help: Time to see an allergy specialist. In most people appropriate evaluation will lead to one or more therapeutic options that will not only much better control symptoms, but may in time significantly down regulate the disease.
