Can sperm survive in your vagina and get pregnant while you're on your period?

Very small chance: Studies have shown that sperm can survive inside a woman's body and fertilize an egg for up to six days. If you are having your period, have sex, and ovulate within six days of having sex - you have about a 3 in 1000 chance of conceiving. Not a great chance, but not a zero chance either.
