Decreased oxygen: With the rsd, lupus and chronic edema this would naturally lead to some kind of compromise of blood flow to the feet. When the blood flow is diminished, this will decrease the amount of oxygen to the feet and hands while building up Lactic Acid that leads to your charlie horses/cramps. Cramps: Can be caused by different things some of which are dehydration, imbalances in magnesium or potassium to name a couple. Some medications can cause this as a side effect. Due to your other medical issues this is something i would bring up with your doctor.
