2 to 6 months: It sounds as if you had an ectopic pregnancy that required removing one of your fallopian tubes. Depending on how the surgery was performed, it may be safe for you to conceive as early as two months after your surgery and recovery. Certainly by six months after your surgery, regardless on how it was done, you would be safe to conceive.
