Hidradenitis: This could be a condition called hidradenitis if it looks like an abscess or infection. Another possible cause could be a lymph node. Any lumps that may be abnormally enlarged lymph nodes should always be evaluated. Hidradenitis may be treated with conservative care such as antibiotics, but may also require surgical incision.
