None: Vitamins will not help you get pregnant. They may help improve your overall health , but they don't influence fertility.

Prenatal vitamins: There is no vitamin proven to help you to get pregnant, but all women trying to conceive should take a prenatal vitamin containing at least 800 mcg (800 micrograms) of folic acid. This reduces the chance of having a child with some serious birth defects like spina bifida.
