See your doctor: Have you been to her doctor yet? Maybe there is an infection in her ear or her throat or somewhere else, and her doctor could give her something that will make her feel better. Or maybe this is a virus that will run its course. There are two ways to tell: you can give it more time, but you run the risk of worsening infection, or you could get a doc who knows the difference to examine her.

Throat examination: The drooling associated with the fever is concerning. There may be an infection of the pharynx or related areas. Provide fluids, control fever with Tylenol or Motrin, and please see your PCP.
