If my mensruation comes will it make my yeast infection go away?

Maybe: Sometimes yes, and sometimes no. I've seen it go both ways. You are always safe to wait until your period is over and if yeast infection symptoms are still present, you'll have your answer.

Probably not: The debris and blood from the menses will change the vaginal ph(acidity/alkalinity) however, it may not be enough to eliminate the hyphae(yeast) and the symptoms(itching) may continue. When there is a "fungus among us" it is best to get treated with medication.
