what system controls ur body temp.keeps it leveled?mine seems outta whack i am hot then cold n so on...all day long, n same temp inside unstabled!

Totally unsystematic: U won't be taken seriously until u have actual data. Get a thermometer, make sure ur taking ur temp correctly, n take ur temp in the morning, after dinner, n at bedtime, n RECORD ALL TEMPS. If ur body temp is higher than 99.5 (forget the "98.6" nonsense) more than half the time, please repost with the outta whack data to prove ur temp is unstabled.
