Less blood flow to..: Less blood flow to the hands will cause colder hands (blood is warm). Emotions, brain and nerve signals, medications, some foods and some compounds found in foods, ambient temperature, internal body core temperature, etc... Can affect the amount of blood flowing to the hands (or feet, etc...), and so can cause a person to have cold hands.
