Further testing: Normal imaging (MRI) is reassuring, but it is uncommon for there to be an obvious lesion on MRI to explain dizziness. Functional testing through a balance lab (ent/ audiology center) is more likely to identify a cause. Many tests are available, including eng/vng, electrocochleography, computerized dynamic posturography, vestibular evoked myogenic potential, etc. See an ENT for testing.
