Prolactinoma: It can be secondary to a prolactinoma, which is a noncancerous pituitary tumor that produces a hormone called prolactin. This results in too much prolactin. Decreased sexual interest enlargement of breast tissue (gynecomastia), headache, impotence, infertility, vision changes.
