Talk to your doctor: While that is fast weight loss, if you are eating healthy you and are still obese/overweight it may not be a problem. As you approach a healthy weight for your body, it will need significantly less calories to continue to lose and the process will slow down naturally. Work on building muscle to balance out the loss and build your health. Congrats on how well you are doing so far.

See a specialist now: Losing weight too quickly can be a sign of a serious problem. Perhaps it is the fatty liver, but there may be other serious things going on. Please don't wait to talk to your primary care provider and get advice. If that person isn't able to determine the reason for the unintentional weight loss, please see a liver specialist to confirm that this is due to fatty liver. This should not wait.
