I have been noticing that i read words wrong lately. i have been to eye docs and have no eye problems. should i be concerned?

Word recognition : Word recognition is sometimes a separate problem than eyesight alone. If a really thorough eye exam to rule out glasses needing adjustment cataract and or retinal issues perhaps a neurologist might be your next move.

Dyslexia?: Your problem sounds like dyslexia and not an eye problem. I would get tested so you can get assistance to help with this issue. If you have other related neurological issues, you may need to see a neurologist as well since you are a little old to develop problems with dyslexia.
