Almost any time: Generally you can figure that a pregnancy test will be positive at the time of a missed period. If your periods are not regular, then any time after 4 weeks from your last period could result in a positive test.

Well: Regularly, like maybe everyb4-6 weeks. You may not be ovulating though in which case you havebirregularbperiods. Consider getting on the pill if not intending pregnancy or getting ovulation predictor kii if u are. That will help.
