Iritis: You most likely have iritis associated with ankylosing spondylitis. The treatment is steroid drops. Of course, the other causes of eye pain and redness need ruling out. I would make an appointment to see an ophthalmologist very soon. If you can't get in in the next few days, i would go to an er, as they usually have an ophthalmologist on call.
