When nerves jump in your arms or muscles jump does that have anything to do with a seizure or no?

Probably not: If you are awake and aware that the nerves and muscles are jumping then that is not a seizure. The tonic clonic jerking that occurs in a seizure requires one to be unconscious. Sounds like fatigued or overworked muscle to me.
