Are there any creams/gels.for treatment of acne scars? are surgical methods the only way? i have severe acne scars so will i spend d all my life ugly

No: It is your body and your choice. Dermatologists have a variety of methods that will diminish the visibility of scars, but there is no way to be rid of them. However, actresses including victoria beckham and megan fox have chosen to keep their scars as have several leading men with severe marks for the "tough" / "authentic" look. It is your decision.

Acne scars: Acne scars need resurfacing and the dermis to regrow in a normal pattern. No gell or cream is appropriate. Fractional ablation laser treatments or chemical peels will accomplish this. Some work with stem cells sounds very promising in the future, where injected into scarred sites. Not reccommended as anything more than experimental currently.
