I have a history of ovarian cysts and am having lower abdominal pain but it doesn't feel like cramps like i've experienced with ruptured cysts before?

See your doctor: It could be that you have a persistent cyst that just has not ruptured, or you could have an infection. You need to see your doctor for evaluation.

See your doctor.: You need to have a good history and a good complete physical examination. Additionally, at a minimum, you will likely need an ultrasound and/or ct scan of the abdomen. The cause of abdominal pains are many and hopefully that by this time you would have seen your doctor.
