Maybe: Only you and your partner can determine when is the best time to concieve. Ideally, you should be up to date on your health screening (pap smear, immunizations), you should be taking a prenatal vitamin and i recommend preconceptional counseling visit with your ob/gyn prior to conception.

If you're trying : Have yourself in proper physical, nutritional, emotional and financial health, if at all possible. Be aware of family genetics on both sides. Do appropriate screening for inherited disorders. No alcohol, no tobacco, no marijuana, no drugs in a woman of child bearing age who intends on becoming pregnant.
