Support belt: The added abdominal weight ofter leads to back pain in pregnancy along with stretching of ligaments and relaxing of joints. A pregnancy support belt helps relieve some this pressure and may help with back pain. Massage and visits to the chiropractor may also be helpful.

Support garment: Some simple things to try in pregnancy are support garments, heat packs, massage, and/or tylenol (acetaminophen). Take the pressure off your lower back when you lie down by bringing your knees up, stretching exercises help too. Have your OB examine you too & consider evaluation & treatment with physical therapy or chiropractor. Take care.
