Yes and no.: To be on the safe side I suggest seeing your doctor for a urinalysis. It's possible to develop a kidney infection during pregnancy and this can threaten both your health and can lead to fetal harm. That said, there are many physical changes and shifting weight strains the low back of pregnant women. Nevertheless, make sure it's not an infection before assuming normal musculoskeletal pain. Call OB.
