Evaluation: This could be caused by many things from the use of otc nasal sprays to a deviated septum. Or you could have chronic sinusitis. Need to be seen by your doc and possibly be referred to ent.

"blocked nose": If it's due merely to congestion from allergies or a cold, saline nasal spray & oral decongestant (sudafed is one) can help. If you have a deviated septum so that the same side is always blocked, an ENT specialist can do surgery to straighten the septum & open nasal passage.
