Rosacea: Not familiar with ipl. Rosacea responds well to oral and topical treatments. See your family doc or a dermatologist.

Rosacea: Use a doctor dispensed product that diminishes the inflammation of the skin. Avoid alcohol and any other foods that increase your redness.

Watch activities: There is no cure for your problem. Ipl treatments are one of the best forms of improvement, but not a cure. Try avoiding hot, humid environments, alcohol (topical and drinking both), increased cardio workouts. All of these will make it worse.
