Seek REI care!: If it has been more than 12 months of regular (at least twice-thrice weekly) vaginal intercourse without contraception that has not resulted in any pregnancy seek care with a reputable reproductive endocrinology/infertility center asap to achieve your goals. Take Folic Acid 1-5 mg daily and good luck!

See a doctor soon: Normal couples conceive within 1 year - three years is way too long, especially for a 24 year old! see your OBG or a good primary doc to get started figuring out what's wrong and getting help. Good luck!
