Do not worry: It is normal. Wash baby's face after each feed with a warm wash cloth. If it is getting worse then see your pediatrician. It is usually short lived and improves by 2 months of age.

Baby acne: Baby acne is common. It can present at birth, but more often it shows up after a couple of weeks. Usually it clears up within a few weeks, but it can linger for months. If it doesn't clear up within 3 months, or you're concerned about it, talk with your baby's doctor. Wash the face with mild baby soap once daily. Avoid oily lotions on baby's skin, don't scrub it, and don't use otc acne medications.
