Depends on cause: A few of many drugs available: gastritis with nausea is relieved by h2 blockers (zantac /ranitidine). If from bowel upset, tigan/trimethobenzamide or compazine/prochlorperazine. If from chemotherapy, steroids or serotonin antagonists like zofran/ondansetron or anzemet/dolasetron are effective. Motion sickness/vertigo with nausea treated with antihistamines and or anticholinergics (scopolamine).
