Ovulation: If you are taking your temperature first thing in the morning, a slight increase in your basal body temperature after day 14-16 of your cycle indicates ovulation. You may or may not have conceived.

Not necessarily: Classic pregnancy sxs usually begin when period is missed or thereafter (6-8 wks). Sx’s can include: tender /swollen breasts, nausea or vomiting; lack of period; ^ frequency of urination; headaches, insomnia, fatigue. Moodiness, mild cramping, food cravings & aversions; passing gas; enlarging waist line & ^ white, milky vaginal discharge. Determine if you are pregnant is by taking a HPT.
