Annual wellness: I think the best way to motivate her to start exercising will be by making an appointment with a geriatrician for a full physical and wellness exam. She needs to hear it from her doctor that just walking 20 minutes 5 days a week can make a tremendous difference to her health. People do listen to their doctor!
