Horseshoe kidney: They are unrelated so if you have that it is a sporadic situation.

Almost none: Horseshoe kidneys are sometimes associated with bicornuate uterus and occasionally with abnormalities if the vagina, but absent uterus is probably as uncommon as for women who have normally separate kidneys.
