Unlikely: If the stones are in the kidney seldom would you have discomfort similar to the pain originating from the uterus. However typically stones do one of two things either potentially increased in size or pass. In order to pass stones travel through the ureter which can cause discomfort in the lower abdomen or pelvis.

Unlikely: Stones in the kidney is usually due to some metabolic disturbance causing stone formation like high blood calcium. Uterine inflammation can be due to fibroids. Both conditions are unlikely related.
