< 1%: Are you hoping someone else will answer? Old adage goes that we all deserve a seizure! old rule was four years seizure free is cure. New rules are two years seizure free deserves trial off meds.

It depends: We really need more information to answer, but it's been so long, that it is very unlikely that you'll have another seizure. However, it depends on several factors: 1) what caused the seizure at age 16, 2) are you on anticonvulsant medication now, 3) what medical problems do you currently have. It's best to ask your question to your doctor who can evaluate you and give you a more informed answer.
