A member asked:

My blood pressure top and bottom stay about 40 below normal, what does this mean?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

What is your normal?: Average BP 120/80? 140/90 or higher = high. If normal being 120/80 and yours is 80/40? If this were true numbers, you are not likely walking too well. 100/60 is actually a good BP and i would take that number any day, especially if you are feeling well--no dizziness etc... If concern, consult doc. Good luck.
