Surgery recommended: Abdominal cystic lymphangioma is a very rare benign condition of the bowel that presents in infancy or early childhood, usually with a palpable mass(or as a finding on ultrasound). There aren't any foods to avoid - unless complications such as bowel obstruction or peritonitis occur. Usually surgery is recommended as the means to prevent bowel complications.

Discuss with gastro: This is best discussed with a gastroenteritis who may need to perform additional studies prior to recommending a specific diet.
