Left abdominal pain: Left side abdominal pain/ anal pain may be constipation, fissures, hemorrhoids,herpetic infection radiculopathy, neuropathy , increased intraabdominal pressure,post surgical adhesions or diverticulitis,inflammatory. The sonogram testes abnormalities were on the right so it is much less likely to be a cause. Discuss with your doctor recent abdominal/pelvic CT/MRI results and your pain.
