White sclera: Some redness to the eyes is normal and varies from person to person. To minimize this redness, you can use over-the-counter artificial tears frequently and get-the-red-out vasocontrictor drops occasionally. Be sure not to over use the get-the-red-out drops since this can make the redness worse. If redness worsens, i would see and eye doctor for an evaluation.
