Jaundice?: Yellow eyes can be due to abnormal liver function. If you do have true jaundice, you need to see your doctor right away. Otherwise, OTC eyedrops such as visine will cause the blood vessels to constrict and take away redness and make the eyes whiter. However, I do not recommend these drops because your eyes can become dependent on them and develop rebound redness. Best to have an eye exam.
