Yes: Iga nephropathy is a immune mediated glimerulopathy. Fish oil is recommneded. Depending on kidney function you might need meds such as acei. You can take soy protein.

Soy and IgAN: Yes! Soy is wonderful as source of protein. Safe for kidney as long as your overall kidney function is at least 50% of normal. i.e. serum creatinine less than 1.2.
