Is it possible for me to take melatonin if I have a kidney transplant?
I have what I think is kidney pain on my back left side. It is very mild and sporadic and it started on Saturday night. I took some melatonin to get to sleep and after a few hours there was this pain. This is the only symptom. What should I do?

Ive been taking oxybutynin,is it bad for kidneys,i hardly pee at night cause of it,im also taking 2 benadryl and 2 melatonin,i take the other one in the morning,got bad kidneys,benadryl alone with melatonin wasnt doing that,any of them bad for kidney?
Just wondered if taking 2 benadryls and one 10mg of melatonin and 20mg of simvastatin is making me bloated when i sleep at night, heard my kidneys got better and so did my liver. i didnt used to bloat at night, used to go to the bathrm a lot at night?
